Almond Cookies
By Summers Past Farms | July 15, 2011
Spending my morning doing one of my favorite things, being in the kitchen. I want to insprire you to eat healthy and love what you eat. This recipe for almond cookies is posted on the website with the Raw Food nutrition. Why eat more raw food? One reason is simplicity. When you prepare food without cooking, you spend less time in the kitchen. Dried fruits, nuts, seeds have vitamins, minerals, fiber all essentail for good health.
The review on this cookie recipe is from Marshall and he said “Tasty”. My variation was adding raw Cacao nibs and chia seed.
In the barn I have a collection of Raw Food books to inspire you to get started.
